Reducing single-use plastics, feeding the hungry, responsible sourcing, community assistance, and using products and ingredients with a lower carbon footprint – it’s all part of who we are, and it’s embedded in our daily actions.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the short and long-term leadership & management of warehouse operations and staff, the execution of replenishment both inbound and outbound, and employee safety</li>\n <li>Plans layout of warehouse and storage areas, monitors transactions, assists in equipment decisions, maintains building facilities, and responsible for product security in the warehouse</li>\n <li>Maintains and analyzes data and scorecards of key performance metrics to continuously improve inventory control</li>\n <li>Responsible for training and implementation of HACCP protocol</li>\n <li>Oversees and/or administers forklift training, product picking activities, product mapping, product return, and waste management</li>\n <li>Participates in the review, ongoing development and implementation of standard operating procedures that align with company objectives and goals</li>\n <li>Champions continuous improvement processes</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments and participates in cross-functional projects to improve business processes and efficiencies</li>\n <li>Champions a safety-focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work-related accidents and injuries</li>\n <li>Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, coaching and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; assessing skills; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
