This is an exciting opportunity to continue to establish a centralized data management program in the Information Systems and Technology organization to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Data Architecture and Data Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain the data architecture strategy to support digital transformation.</li>\n <li>Works with business and IT partners in the design of the data warehouse to ensure interoperability and data normalization with applications and BI tools.</li>\n <li>Design data models, schemas, and data flows to ensure effective data integration, storage, and retrieval. </li>\n <li>Create and maintain detailed documentation for data solutions, including data models, architectures, workflows, and integration points.</li>\n <li>Design, implement, data marts that provide business teams with ad-hoc access to large datasets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide best practices and governance for the use of Snowflake as an enterprise platform.</li>\n <li>Establish and enforce data management standards, best practices, and governance policies.</li>\n <li>Monitor data usage, quality, and performance, and make recommendations for improvements</li>\n <li>Work with IT and security teams to ensure data security protocols are in place and adhered to.</li>\n <li>Set up a BI Framework to manage the data and reporting structure for BI tools. <strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. </li>\n <li>Train and assist the business with the usage of data tools as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide/coordinate business support as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Innovation and Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with roadmaps for Bi tools and Snowflake as a Data warehouse, keeping up to date with platform capabilities and how to implement new features in the platforms.</li>\n <li>Evaluate AI capabilities in BI platform and Snowflake for future use.</li>\n <li>Will work with business to design and build enterprise data products.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related quantitative discipline</li>\n <li>Minimum 7+ years of work experience in data management </li>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years of experience mentoring employees in a data related field</li>\n <li>Current or recent hands-on experience with all of the following required: Power BI, AWS, Snowflake. This is a hands-on role.</li>\n <li>3+ years of PowerBI experience preferred</li>\n <li>3+ years of Technical hands-on expertise in all aspects of Snowflake preferred, including Snowflake administration.</li>\n <li>Up to data on the latest Snowflake capabilities (Snowpark, Cortex, Streamlit, ect)</li>\n <li>AWS experience required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of security (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Kerberos, Policies, entitlements etc.)</li>\n <li>Experience with architecting and maintaining high availability production systems</li>\n <li>Experience with supporting databases deployed in AWS or Azure</li>\n <li>ERP and or accounting functional knowledge desired</li>\n <li>Able to collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and consultants and enjoys the challenge of shifting priorities to support a growing business</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Concord, we offer comprehensive medical and wellness benefits, generous time off, parental leave, charity match, paid time off for volunteering, and other fun company perks.
