Our work spans new builds, complex platform migrations, and ongoing optimisation for established merchants.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>You'll join a supportive cross-functional team of developers, designers, analysts and project managers, working on Shopify Plus storefronts for ambitious ecommerce brands. This is a hands-on frontend development role where you'll learn quickly by building real things for real clients, with guidance from more experienced developers around you.<br><br></p>\n<p>Day to day, you'll:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain Shopify theme components and custom sections</li>\n<li>Write Liquid templates using Online Store 2.0 architecture</li>\n<li>Implement responsive, accessible frontend solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and developing your eye for quality</li>\n<li>Ask questions, pair with teammates and actively seek out ways to improve</li>\n<li>Contribute to team processes and standards as your confidence grows<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p>You're early in your frontend development career but you've got a solid foundation and genuine enthusiasm for building things on the web. You might have some Shopify experience already, or you might be coming from a broader frontend background and keen to specialise. Either way, you're curious, proactive and ready to learn at pace.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some commercial or substantial project-based frontend development experience (6+ months)</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility</li>\n<li>Some exposure to Shopify, Liquid templating or a willingness to learn quickly</li>\n<li>Comfortable using Git for version control</li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal communication</li>\n<li>A genuine appetite for learning, taking feedback on board and improving continuously<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture and the Shopify CLI</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Alpine.js or other lightweight JS frameworks</li>\n<li>Exposure to React</li>\n<li>Exposure to Tailwind CSS</li>\n<li>Awareness of build tools such as Vite, Rollup or GitHub Actions</li>\n<li>Interest in accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance</li>\n<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary depending on experience</li>\n<li>New laptop provided</li>\n<li>30 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays), plus 1 additional day per full year served, capped at 5</li>\n<li>Flexible working hours</li>\n<li>Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week in our Exeter office<br></li>\n<li>Investment in your professional development and growth</li>\n<li>Regular company socials and events</li>\n</ul>",
