These activities include providing the necessary planning services and engineering design resources to ensure the profitable completion of projects while meeting client quality, cost and schedule requirements. Also responsible for project management, client relations, and sales activities.</p>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS in Civil/Transportation Engineering.</li>\n <li>15+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering services preferably in North Carolina.</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer in NC/SC a plus.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with NCDOT.</li>\n <li>Established relationships and experience providing transportation services to Charlotte metro-area municipalities </li>\n <li>A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.</li>\n <li>Strong client management and new business development skills.</li>\n <li>Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*At this time, Dewberry will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>*Dewberry is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
