Successful designers on our team have strong </span><span>production </span><span>design portfolios, positive attitudes, and an endless desire to explore ideas that push design forward.</span> <br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reports To:</span></span><br><span>Design</span><span> Director <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work in collaborative teams to design unique solutions for a wide variety of digital products</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop intimate knowledge of information design, including </span><span>color theory, typographic hierarchy, and balanced layout</span></li>\n<li><span>Create initial concepts, </span><span>infographics, presentation decks, reports, social media graphics, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Refine existing designs to enhance and optimize the experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay current with digital and industry trends</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A self-motivated, conceptual thinker who is open to feedback and eager to collaborate</span></li>\n<li><span>A creative who can understand and disseminate a design system accurately and thoughtfully</span></li>\n<li><span>5+ years of experience in digital design</span></li>\n<li><span>Expert knowledge and execution </span><span>with </span><span>design</span><span> products, including but not limited to </span><span>PowerPoint, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite</span></li>\n<li><span>An online portfolio that demonstrates strong, varied </span><span>production </span><span>work</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with or without supervision</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong oral and written communication skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>Base Needs:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Up to 20 hours per week. </span></li>\n<li><span>Daytime availability between 9am-5pm EST</span></li>\n<li><span>Weekly check-in meeting with team.</span></li>\n</ul>",
