To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time, we are looking for a <strong>Crew Development Manager</strong><strong style=\"font-weight:bolder;\"> (m/f/d)</strong>.</span><br><br><ul><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Develop and oversee the company’s cadet strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and future workforce needs.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Identify and recruit cadets, maintaining a strong and reliable talent pipeline.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Serve as a dedicated contact person for cadets, someone they can trust and rely on for guidance.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Track development progress, analyse training needs, and contribute to strategic workforce planning.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Plan, organise, and execute officer conferences and other in-person learning events.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Build and maintain partnerships with maritime academies </li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Ensure onboard training meets company cultural standards, values, and performance expectations.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Support the Crew Development team in designing and delivering training programmes, career pathways, and capability-building initiatives.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Continuously evaluate training quality, applying best practices to drive ongoing improvement.</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology or a related field (psychology background is a plus, not a requirement).</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">At least two years of experience in maritime training, crew development, or talent management; cadet program experience preferred. Ideally with hands-on experience in a management position on board </li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Additional training management certifications like Train the Trainer are an advantage</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">A deep understanding of international maritime regulations and safety standards is essential.</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Solid project management skills  </li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\"> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholder’s cross different cultural backgrounds</li><li style=\"font-size:12px;\">Fluent written and spoken business English</li></ul>"
