Works with other professional staff as appropriate to&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">&nbsp;coordinate planning.</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and implement goals for each child.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct continual evaluation of students&rsquo; progress including pre and post testing and semi-annual formal assessment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and implement behavior management plans as necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet with parents to gather information for the development of children&rsquo;s individual goals and to report progress.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate effectively with Classroom Assistant, ensuring s/he is given full information on students to provide quality teaching and care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise Classroom Assistant by providing mentoring and training, monitoring work quality, providing feedback, immediately addressing all deficiencies, and conducting annual performance reviews.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively supervise children during recess, naps, and meals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Know and implement all SFCC policies and procedures, NAC Accreditation Standards and WI licensing rules for group childcare centers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend and participate in team meetings, staff meetings, and staffing, when possible, to offer suggestions, observations, and ideas regarding program or individual child needs.
