Key responsibilities include coordinating with mobile equipment operators the loading materials into the machine, monitoring machine performance, working with the Baler team to tie off finished bales, and performing maintenance to ensure safety. Baler operator will also serve as a secondary check to ensure material for baling meeting quality standards.
