    "description": "<p>Prime Home is looking for shared living provider applicants to place clients who will reside in your home.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Client preferences</p>\n<p>Single-family home</p>\n<p>2 male SLP's living in the same home with backup staff available </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>An Extended Family Home (Shared Living Provider) opens their home for an individual with a disability. This position requires an open bedroom and the ability to help care for an individual with a disability. The goal of this service is to encourage and teach skill development so the individual can be as independent as possible. This client’s needs are behavior high risk with elopement and self-harm; therefore, restrictions and safeguards are in place accordingly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This subcontracting position is a work-from-home position, where you provide care and support for a person in your own home and provide transportation as needed. This position requires a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Prime Home is here to assist and support you and follow all State Regulation. SLPs are paid anywhere between $36,000-$105,000 per year, depending on the individual’s funding received from the state. This is Tax-Free Money as it is a protected income by law. On top of this yearly salary, SLP's are also paid $600 Room and Board per month for any individuals living with them to help pay for groceries, rent/mortgage, etc. Potential management of behavioral issues such as aggression, property destruction, etc.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The applicant process is thorough and detailed, so it depends on many factors:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Accuracy/Completeness of Application.</p>\n<p>· Scheduling both phone and in person interviews.</p>\n<p>· Scheduling a walkthrough of the home services will be provided.</p>\n<p>· All applicants, SLPs, Alt Care, and non-provider household members over the age of 13 are required to undergo initial and annual background checks, which include Criminal, APS/CPS, and Sex Offender histories.</p>\n<p>· Completion of required trainings (provided).</p>\n<p>· <span>Proof of Auto Insurance and Homeowners/Renters Insurance</span></p>",
