Help recruit an assigned number of male/female student athletes. Assist with duties including but not limited to program planning, traveling, scheduling, facility maintenance and event day preparations and operation. Other duties as assigned. <span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47)\">Additionally, a dorm director is responsible for overseeing daily residential operations, including check-in/check-out processes, facility inspections, and addressing student housing concerns. This role fosters a safe, engaging living environment by ensuring compliance with college policies and housing regulations. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Perform duties of an assistant coach of a collegiate athletic program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Help in recruitment of student athletes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Must have developmental plan for academic success for student athletes in the program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Understand student athlete’s welfare</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Maintain discipline and adherence to Ranger College policies and procedures</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Excellent oral/written communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational skills required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Able to work in a fast-paced, busy student-oriented setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Able to initiate and complete tasks within demanding time limits</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">ANNUAL SALARY/BENEFITS:  </span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Highly competitive and commensurate with experience and credentials.
