    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Summary</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>The RN in the Float Pool is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Nurses in our Float Pool serve patients on the following units:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>ER</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>ICU (those that are trained)</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Ambulatory Care Department</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Med/Surg</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Women and Children’s</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Inpatient Behavioral Health</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Schedule</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Casual position, various shifts</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Minimum of two shifts per 4 weeks with one of those shifts on the weekend</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span><strong>Pay&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Pay based on experience and degree</span><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><span>Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour</span></li></ul></li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\"><p><span>Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>New grads welcome!
