    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The primary focus of this position is to perform daily tasks associated with yard duties. &nbsp;Works closely with field management, project managers, and support staff within the traffic, fleet, safety, and construction departments. Reports to Project Manager regarding operations performance and execution challenges. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Example of Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for maintaining the service yard, warehouse and/or office including:</li></ul><ol><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Garbage pickup.</li><li>Yard landscape maintenance (weed whacking).</li><li>Upkeep of the office trailer.</li><li>Stocking supplies.</li></ol></ol><ul><li>Assists Fleet and Safety Coordinators with equipment maintenance including:</li></ul><ol><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li>Loading, stocking, and tooling trucks.</li><li>Fueling equipment and vehicles.</li><li>Delivery and pick up of trucks in Pro Energy&rsquo;s service area.</li><li>Truck and equipment cleaning/washing.</li></ol></ol><ul><li>Runs errands as requested (U.S. Post Office, Home Depot, Office Depot, etc.).</li><li>Prioritizes requested tasks from each department. Collaborates with Project Manager and Superintendent to discuss prioritization as needed.</li><li>Ensures that DEF, water, and ice is always stocked.</li><li>Supports all departments (traffic control, fleet, safety, and construction) to ensure their operation runs smoothly.</li><li>Responds to the yard when an alarm is activated.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Problem-solving skills, analytical skills and commitment to continuous learning.</li><li>Effective communication (oral, written, listening).</li><li>Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Exercise tact and deal effectively with others.</li><li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.</li><li>Experience and/or knowledge of operating towable trailer preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience/Education:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>A minimum of one year experience.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Licenses/Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Possession of a valid California driver&#39;s license, Class C, with the ability to maintain insurability under the company&rsquo;s insurance carrier is required.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
