Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Novelis has approximately 13,000 employees in 32 operating facilities on 4 continents.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Our Lincolnshire, IL Finishing Plant is seeking to add a talented Electrical Specialist to our team.</p>\n<p><strong>As a member of the team, you can expect:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Excellent pay </strong><strong>- </strong>Our Electrical Specialists start at <strong>$41.40 per hour</strong>. Employees receive premium pay (time and one-half; $62.10 per hour) for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday and receive shift differential pay for evening shifts ($1.50 per hour).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Incentive plan – </strong>Employees are eligible for a Productivity Incentive Plan once completing 90 days of service. The plan is paid on a monthly basis with a maximum payout of 5%. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits – </strong>We offer a competitive benefit program including paid vacation and holidays. Employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance which begins on date of hire. New employees are immediately eligible to participate for the 401(k) plan, including Company match up to 2.5%; additional Employer contributions of 4% after one year of employment.</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong> - 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on 3-2-2 Schedule</p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Responsibilities:</u></em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs breakdown, corrective, renovative and preventative electrical maintenance</li>\n <li>Locates and determines electrical malfunctions using test instruments.</li>\n <li>Repairs malfunctions by replacing fuses, defective wiring, and cleaning or repairing motors and controls.</li>\n <li>Applies knowledge of gauges, wiring diagrams, schematics and properties of electricity to trouble-shoot disabled or malfunctioning equipment.</li>\n <li>Plans procedures, develops sketches, selects tools, equipment and materials best suited for job.</li>\n <li>Maintains communication equipment and wiring.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses and remedies furnace burner problems.</li>\n <li>Climbs on buildings towers, and equipment to make inspections, repairs, and installations.</li>\n <li>Considers all safety precautions and proper isolation of circuits to provide maximum safety precautions and a minimum of interference to operations. Follows all safety procedures and energy control (lockout/tagout). Utilizes JSA’s.</li>\n <li>Operates forklift and uses articulating and rotating boom hoist, telescoping hoist, scissors lift, and pick-up truck.<u></u></li>\n <li>Adhere to and support company quality, environmental, health & safety, and certification standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, and ASI Certifications, where applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u></u><strong><em><u>Qualifications:</u></em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a leader in safety. The facility cold rolls aluminum to a desired gauges anneals to tempers levels and slits the rolled sheet to size.  The facility which employees around 100 people produces mill finish coils for the building construction and transportation industries where its’ products are used for gutters siding soffits and facia.
