We are currently seeking a&nbsp;Senior Software&nbsp;Engineer&nbsp;to work for our company.</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Client Agency is Customs &amp; Border Protection</li><li>Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Sets operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>May design embedded systems software.</li><li>May Deploy and install the applications todemonstratethe successful performance of software as per theclientexpectation.</li><li>Fixes the problems arising across the test cycles and continuously improves the quality of deliverables.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with other application development partners and technology arbiters to deliver excellent output.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical direction/assistanceto subordinate staff and follows reliability and maintainability guidance and policy to minimize life cycle costs of finished products.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection suitability.(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)</li><li>Bachelor&#39;sdegreerequired.</li><li>Seven(7)yearsrelevant experience.</li><li>Experience providing programming solutions in a variety of settings.</li><li>Experience with database, internet, web, configuration management and e-business software and interfaces.</li><li>Expertisein Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for industrial, mission critical, business, scientific, and general computing applications.</li><li>Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul><p>Work With Us</p><p>IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
