Role</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>As </span><span>Senior Manager of Clinical Services,</span><span> you will</span><span>:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead the clinical and administrative oversight of a team of Clinicians and Intake Workers to ensure effective teamwork, high-quality service delivery, and continuous learning.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee the case review process and workload management, including waitlist review, case assignment/transfer, and responding to participant and family inquiries to ensure </span><span>timely</span><span> and </span><span>equitable</span><span> access to services.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop, adapt, and implement innovative, evidence-based clinical programming, ensuring initiatives are grounded in best practices and address the intersectionality of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth needs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor and report on program outcomes by compiling and analyzing statistical data, preparing monthly clinical services reports for leadership, funders, and the community sector, and ensuring all data meets confidentiality requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Build and </span><span>maintain</span><span> productive working relationships with partner agencies and community organizations, seeking opportunities to contribute to the broader sector and </span><span>establish</span><span> collaborative Credentials</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Master's Degree in Social Work</span><span>, Counselling Psychology, or related discipline. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Registered and in good standing with a college that allows for the provision of psychotherapy. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum 10–15 years of clinical experience working in Mental Health and Addictions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum 5–10 years of </span><span>previous</span><span> supervisory and management experience, including </span><span>demonstrated</span><span> effectiveness in designing, planning, leading, and change management in community mental health. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience using an electronic client record system. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience
