We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong> As a Senior Electrical Project Manager at CMD Electric, you will play a pivotal role in executing electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, and building strong relationships with both internal team members and clients. This position requires a disciplined and collaborative professional with a proven track record in electrical project management. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and execute project objectives and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.</li>\n <li>Lead and oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in contract negotiations and ensure all contractual obligations are met.</li>\n <li>Manage and administer contracts, including change orders and claims resolution.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain relationships with internal team members and clients, fostering a high level of credibility.</li>\n <li>Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to clients.</li>\n <li>Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.</li>\n <li>Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership capabilities </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years of electrical project management experience in public works, federal, or private projects with individual contract values exceeding $5 million and portfolios exceeding $20 million. Multi-family experience a plus! </li>\n <li>Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields. Field experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.</li>\n <li>Estimating experience w/ accubid change order a plus!</li>\n <li>PMP or equivalent a plus!</li>\n <li>Capable of managing and mentoring project engineers and interns.</li>\n <li>Experienced in the design-build delivery method, with preference for DBIA accreditation.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to generate energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to succeed in others.</li>\n <li>Leads confidently and with clarity amid uncertainty.</li>\n <li>Guided by core values and beliefs, acts with integrity and honesty.</li>\n <li>Intolerant to mediocrity and maintains a strong sense of urgency.</li>\n <li>Challenges the status quo and generates new ideas/solutions.</li>\n <li>Displays a strong desire to learn and embrace new technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CMD is an equal opportunity employer.
