    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.29.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.29.10/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.49.9/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, environmentally responsible handling of material and operation of equipment.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Move bulk material and cargo, and/or load trucks, with heavy equipment&nbsp;</p><p>Complete daily paperwork, including daily equipment checklist</p><p>Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, complete daily pre-trip inspection.</p><p>Perform general labor tasks to assist with material processing and property maintenance, pile maintenance (turning), or other projects as needed.</p><p>Follow all safety and operational policies, regulations, and programs.</p><p>Successfully complete all required training programs&nbsp;</p><p>Monitor product for quality and report any issues or concerns.</p><p>Perform other duties as assigned and assist other staff as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>Pushing up product</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>3+ years of heavy equipment experience such as front end loader, excavator, dozer, trackhoe. &nbsp;Not a forklift position.</p><p>HS Diploma or equivalent.</p><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and transportation required.&nbsp;</p><p>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience operating heavy equipment including: front-end loader<strong>,&nbsp;</strong>bulldozer, excavator, and heavy forklift.</p><p>Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.</p><p>Good communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight shifts required.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. &nbsp;The employee is frequently required to walk with alternate standing. &nbsp; While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a dry, sometimes dusty warehouse environment . &nbsp;The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
