If so, NADA is looking for an <strong>Academy Instructor</strong> to join our team!</p><p>As an <strong>Academy Instructor</strong> you&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of NADA&rsquo;s educational programs, delivering high-quality training sessions to dealership staff, dealer-partners, and industry professionals. From in-person classes to live online sessions and workshops, you&rsquo;ll ensure participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in dealership operations.</p><p>This is a full-time position with opportunities to work remotely, a collaborative culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. <strong>The role requires travel up to</strong> <strong>75%</strong>, including some evening and weekend sessions (10%&ndash;15% of scheduled time).</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Deliver instructor-led training sessions for Dealer Groups, OEMs, and allied participants via in-person, live online classrooms, webinars, and workshops.</li><li>Develop detailed lesson plans, instructional aids, and training materials aligned with adult learning principles and NADA-approved instructional design methodologies.</li><li>Collaborate with program development teams to evolve curriculum and create new learning content, including interactive online courses.</li><li>Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, provide coaching, and support participant engagement.</li><li>Participate in student recruitment activities to achieve program goals for the Academy and other NADA education initiatives.</li><li>Support NADA events and exhibits, including booth staffing, product demonstrations, and sales objectives at the annual NADA Show.</li><li>Stay current in dealership operations through self-development, in-dealership consultations, and engagement with industry trends.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and at least 10 years of in-dealership automotive experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience in automotive dealership operations, including a strong understanding of key departmental functions such as sales, service, parts, F&amp;I, and accounting.</li><li>Strong presentation and instructional skills, with experience developing and delivering training programs using adult-learning methodologies.</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences (dealers, dealership personnel, OEM personnel, and automotive executives).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audiovisual technology, with the ability to learn new instructional tools and software.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 75% and occasionally teach evening or weekend classes.</li></ul><p><strong><em>To be considered for this position, please submit a resume and cover letter.</em></strong></p><p><em>NADA is fundamentally committed to the diversity of our staff.
