    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Graphics Designer to join our team in Washington, DC. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Functions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop concepts, designs, and creates beautiful, design-forward, innovative web graphics, layouts, banners, brochures and audio and video presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate and effectively present conceptual ideas, rationales, and designs within a cross-functional team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work alongside and interact with ASH program personnel to develop and/or transcribe design ideas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create multimedia presentations, posters, banners, and other print media. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with different picture formats and converts them into other formats as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create expert web content and multi-media designs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate and present clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and interacts with clients all across the country through a creative engagement. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Must be a self-starter and should be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, effectively dealing with ambiguity by prioritizing tasks. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">AA/AS in Multimedia or Graphics Design and 5 years related experience. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
