Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in conducting poker game. </li>\n <li>Safeguards the assets of the company.</li>\n <li>Conduct the poker game.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot.</li>\n <li>Adhere to poker room policies / procedures.</li>\n <li>Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards.</li>\n <li>Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events.</li>\n <li>Required to do BRUSH-duty As Needed</li>\n <li>Poker Dealer Will Keep All Accrued Tips</li>\n <li>Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations</li>\n <li>Perform other job related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic mathematic skills.</li>\n <li>Money handling skills.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal all Hold’em and Stud type poker games.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate, understand and read and write the English language.</li>\n <li>Posses the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods)</li>\n <li>The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.</li>\n <li>The ability to retain his/hers composure and professional demeanor in times of Guests and Employee displeasure’s, requests and/or complaints.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
