Candidates from NI are welcome to apply but must be willing to commute.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">CONTRACT TYPE:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\"> FULL-TIME</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">HOURS: </span></span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Monday – Friday</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Role Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Support the Site Manager in helping to lead the construction of the allocated project.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Build strong working relationships with the Engineering team and sub-contractors.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and the overall Project Manager.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Engage all members of the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Liaising with the Commercial team and other internal stakeholders as and when required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Assisting in managing systems to enable the progress of work to be reviewed against time, quality, dimensions, and quantity.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Assisting in the recording and testing of workmanship and materials, i.e., drainage, concrete, piling, brickwork etc.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Providing engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsible for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Regularly checking the setting out points and benchmarks ensuring that all setting out instruments and measuring equipment are delivered to site with a calibration certificate and recorded accordingly.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensuring workforce understand setting out information has been identified as suitable for the type of work being carried out.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsible for providing and maintaining setting out and dimensional control, to ensure accurate construction of the works.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Supervising the work of all subcontracting firms carrying out works on site.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Engaging and liaising with utility providers / co-ordinating on site, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Preparing site reports and all other required documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Taking a proactive approach to managing Health and Safety on site.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to at all times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Coordinating and supervising temporary works as required.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Implementing a regime of test and inspection plans for all works on site.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The Candidate</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">A higher-level qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">5-10 years’ experience in a Site Engineer/Site Management role on construction projects, with a proven track record on large scale projects</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Skills &amp;
