Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Day Shift)
Location : Tunis, Tunisia
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Overview of Role:
We are looking for people like us; hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun. This role will be responsible for all aspectsof recruitment for National Pen, as partof the Talent Acquisition and People team. If you are actively involved with end-to-end
recruitment, then this role is for you.
This includes identifying candidates from various recruitment sources, presentpre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions, screening, ensure compliance with our hiring policies and practices to meet overall recruiting goals in a multicultural and global environment.
Primary responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Partner with hiringmanagers to delivertailored recruitment solutions to their needs
Conduct screenings and interviews to identify top talent
Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects

Fluent in Englishand French
Fluency in Another European language (Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus
Previous recruitment experience is plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, outlook...)
Communication skills, particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates
Ability toprioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
