    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Atlantic Medical Group Internal Medicine Gastroenterology is seeking a per diem Patient Care Technician (PCT) for weekday, daytime, shifts.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>The essential functions of this position includes assisting patients with obtaining and recording vital signs, weights and heights</li><li>Assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, accommodations as needed</li><li>performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring if needed</li><li>Taking patient histories, preparing examination rooms, and helping with minor medical procedures like wound care, vaccinations, and blood draws, if needed</li><li>observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN</li><li>Examination rooms: Preparing examination rooms as needed</li><li>Documentation: Documenting patient information and data, including vital signs, weight, height, blood pressure, and temperature&nbsp;</li><li>Supplies and equipment: Preparing, organizing, and efficiently utilizing supplies and equipment</li><li>Patient Care Technician must be willing and able to work with diverse group of patients, each with unique healthcare needs.
