You are a \"builder\" who operates at the highest level—equally comfortable whiteboarding a five-year digital transformation roadmap for a C-suite executive as you are diving into the technical debt of a legacy monolithic system.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>You thrive on the intersection of business strategy and technological capability. You don't just design systems; you design the future-proof frameworks that allow entire organizations to evolve. You are a master of alignment, ensuring that every application, data flow, and infrastructure component works in harmony to achieve overarching business goals.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>· Lead Technical Strategy &amp; Governance: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, establishing the standards, principles, and reference architectures that guide all technology decisions.</p><p>· Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary conduit between executive leadership and technical teams, translating high-level business objectives into actionable architectural roadmaps.</p><p>· Drive Modernization: Lead complex digital transformation initiatives, orchestrating the migration and modernization of legacy environments into cloud-native, microservices-based ecosystems.</p><p>· Be the Client-Facing Authority: Lead strategic discovery sessions and workshops with C-level stakeholders to assess current-state environments and define target-state visions.</p><p>· Optimize the Portfolio: Conduct application portfolio rationalization to identify redundancies, reduce technical debt, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization across the enterprise.</p><p>· Manage Risk &amp; Security: Embed \"security-by-design\" principles across the entire enterprise architecture, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and privacy standards.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>What You Bring (Requirements)</p><p>· Professional Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5+ years in a formal Enterprise Architect role.</p><p>· Architectural Mastery: Deep knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and the ability to apply them pragmatically in a fast-paced startup environment.</p><p>· Cloud Ecosystem Expertise: Expert-level understanding of AWS (Azure or GCP is a plus) and how cloud-native services integrate into a broader enterprise landscape.</p><p>· Strategic Design: Proven ability to design multi-tier, distributed systems including microservices, event-driven architectures, and complex integration patterns (APIs, ESB).</p><p>· Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, financial modeling (FinOps), and the ability to perform gap analysis between current and future states.</p><p>· Leadership &amp; Mentorship: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams of Solution and Technical Architects without direct authority.</p><p>· Startup Mentality: A strategic \"builder\" mindset with the agility to pivot and a genuine thirst for staying ahead of emerging tech trends (AI, IoT, Blockchain).</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)</p><p>· Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and/or TOGAF 9/Enterprise Architecture certifications.</p><p>· Industry Experience: Prior experience in a high-growth Professional Services or global consulting firm.</p><p>· Tech Versatility: Experience with GenAI integration and MLOps at an enterprise scale.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Thanks &amp; Regards,</p><p>Girish Kumar</p>",
