We are growing the team and looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join us, people who brings both technical expertise and a values-driven mindset, ready to lead with professionalism and pride.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why join us now?</span></p>\n<p>Because this is your chance to be part of a company that’s growing with purpose, where your leadership matters, your voice is heard, and the work you do has a meaningful impact on people’s lives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’re guided by three core values:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Empowering Change – for residents, for communities, and for our team</li>\n<li>Expertise – built over 50 years of delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes</li>\n<li>Relationships – the trust we build with clients, residents, and one another</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create full tender analysis and prepare summary proposals of manufacturer comparisons of materials, sub-contractor costs and other requirements of the job.</li>\n<li>Know how to read people, tailoring your negotiation strategies to ensure you secure the best pricing for all components of your project.</li>\n<li>Ensure all relevant and required paperwork is submitted in a timely manner to ensure the project runs to timescale.</li>\n<li>Facilitate and prepare all documentation for internal and external progress meetings ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the projects progression and required next steps.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders which ensure opportunities are optimised during the lifecycle of your project.</li>\n<li>Document any project changes and update budgets accordingly to ensure the projects commercial trajectory is achieved.</li>\n<li>Accurately process the weekly Operative and Sub -Contractor wages for your projects reviewing costs to identify where efficiencies could be made.</li>\n<li>Scrutinise the commercial opportunities within your projects through assessing the following: Sub-contractors Measurements Valuations.
