font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient treatment needs.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Document medication-related interventions and adverse drug reactions.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Participate in multidisciplinary care for patients suffering from pain.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt; font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform medication reviews, reconciliation, and polypharmacy management for chronic pain patients.</li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 8pt;
