You&#8217;ll coordinate and attend community events, distribute educational materials, and collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to promote health awareness and increase patient enrollment.&#160;</p><p>Your work will help reduce barriers to care, improve health outcomes, and foster trust between TrueCare and the communities we serve.&#160;</p><p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For:</strong><br>&#160;</p><ul><li>Local Perri's candidates will be considered.&#160;Knowledge of <u>local community-based agencies</u> i.e.&#160;experience conducting health screenings and community presentations in&#160;<strong>the city of Perris and neighboring communities!&#160;</strong></li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)<b>.</b></li><li>Associate degree in healthcare or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience in <u>outreach in</u>&#160;<u>healthcare</u>&#160;customer service.</li><li>Availability to work outside of standard hours (e.g., evenings, weekends)&#160;</li><li>Strong public speaking and presentation skills to engage with community members</li><li>Ability to build relationships across diverse populations.</li><li><p><u>Will require to use own vehicle to travel daily to outreach venues.&#160;&#160;A&#160;California Driver's License, proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required (no tickets or accidents) is required.</u><br>&#160;</p></li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us&#160;</strong></p><p>We&#8217;re a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
