Privé Salon is growing—and we’re looking for our next leader.
We are currently hiring for both Manager and Assistant Manager roles , with flexibility for part-time or full-time, depending on experience, strengths, and alignment. Our goal is to bring in the right people first—and then place them in the right role.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership position within a high-end, fast-paced salon environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and building a strong, positive team culture.

What You’ll Do
Depending on experience and role placement, responsibilities may include:
Guest Experience
Ensure every guest has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout
Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
Support and elevate front desk operations
Team Leadership
Lead by example and help set the tone for culture, energy, and standards
Communicate expectations clearly and consistently
Support coaching, accountability, and team development
Operations & Organization
Help manage daily salon flow, scheduling, and team support
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
Support systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes operations
Business Performance
Support retail recommendations and guest education
Help drive key metrics like prebooking, retention, and overall guest satisfaction
Identify opportunities for improvement and take action
Compensation & Growth
Assistant Manager: starting at $20/hour
Manager: starting at $25/hour
Final role placement and compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit.
