Clinical sites include acute and long term care agencies in Otsego County. Requirements include a master&#8217;s degree in nursing, a bachelor&#8217;s degree in nursing, an unencumbered NYS RN license, and at least three years of recent clinical experience. Consideration will be given to those candidates possessing a bachelor&#8217;s degree in nursing who are actively engaged in coursework leading to a master&#8217;s degree in nursing. Prior teaching experience and/or prior teaching at the collegiate level is preferred. Duties may include teaching in the clinical and/or laboratory setting, evaluation, and collaboration with course coordinators.&#160;This pool will be utilized on an as-needed basis, should an opportunity arise, and applications submitted will remain active for up to two years.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">An independent, residential liberal arts college enrolling approximately 1,100 full-time undergraduates, Hartwick embraces the teacher-scholar model, with teaching excellence as the first priority, and seeks to recruit, retain and promote a diverse workforce.
