Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Organizational Change Manager for the CSES contract. The Deputy Program Manager serves as an additional authorized interface with the Government and supports the Program Manager in leading delivery. This position also functions as the program-level organizational change leader, ensuring that changes are implemented, tracked, communicated, and measured using operational KPIs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience Experience managing, as a DPM or multiple service line manager, IT services and continual service improvements requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity. Experience serving as a program-level change agent using KPIs to track organizational changes. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or current equivalent certification; certification must be maintained while on the program. ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated. Must meet applicable DoD 8140 cyberspace workforce qualification requirements for the assigned work role, including an approved baseline certification equivalent to IAM Level I or IAT Level I. Education Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, IT, or related field Clearance Secret RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the alternate task order leadership interface with the CO, COR, GTMs, and Government stakeholders. Support cross-service management of service lines, continual improvement initiatives, staffing actions, risk management, and operational performance. Lead organizational change activities that improve service outcomes, adoption, compliance, productivity, and customer experience. Use KPIs, dashboards, service metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track change progress, adoption, and business impact. Coordinate with service line managers to execute corrective actions and improvement plans across a large, multi-disciplinary IT operations workforce. Serve as acting PM when delegated and ensure continuity of program leadership.
