    "description_html": "<p>XTL Distribution wants to expand its team at our facility in Delta!</p><p>We are currently looking for a <b>Forklift Operator </b>who will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading trailers and containers as well as the movement of merchandise on the dock.</p><p><b>Shift:</b></p><ul><li><b>Day shift</b>: Monday to Friday</li><li><strong>Time: 8:30am to 5:00pm</strong></li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><b>Valid forklift certificate</b></li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in forklift driving</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50lbs</li><li>Experience with RF scanner</li><li>Reach Truck Experience is preferable</li><li>Ability to work in a team with a good sense of initiative</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to follow safety policies and procedures</li><li>Due to current CT-PAT policy, successful candidate will be subject to a background check</li><li>Must be eligible to work within Canada</li></ul><p><b>Advantages:</b></p><ul><li>Collective benefits paid 100% by the employer after 3 months of probation</li><li>Competitive hourly wage, starting at $26.27 an hour</li><li>3% RRSP Match Program </li><li>Job security (essential service)</li></ul><p><b>At XTL you will find the place that suits you!</b></p><p><i>XTL is an employer that promotes equality of opportunity and embraces diversity in the workplace.
