The role entails developing, optimizing, and scaling safe water projects across household, institutional, and community contexts.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role owns the end-to-end product and project system for safe water - from early-stage project design and user segmentation, through unit economics and operational feasibility, to scale-up and long-term performance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, systems-oriented, and execution-driven, with the ability to translate real-world constraints (users, operations, costs, carbon, partners) into viable, scalable product and project strategies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is not a feature-level product role. It is a ground-up venture builder role within a structured organization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Objectives</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Safe Water Projects Fellow is accountable for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Designing safe water projects that are<br>technically sound, economically viable, and operationally executable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deeply understanding end users and use contexts (households, schools, health facilities, other institutions)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Owning and optimizing the unit economics and business case of safe water projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Translating field realities into product, operational, and commercial decisions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driving continuous iteration based on evidence, data, and learning loops</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Product Strategy &amp; Project Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead the design of safe water projects from </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">concept to scaled deployment</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">, including technology selection, delivery models, and user adoption strategy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with the Head of Product to define the </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">safe water product strategy and roadmap</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">, aligned with company-level profitability and impact goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify country- and context-specific needs and translate them into </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">clear product and project requirements</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Define the </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">minimum viable project model</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> for new safe water deployments, including assumptions, risks, and dependencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build strong internal alignment across Product, Operations, Carbon, Origination, and Commercial teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
