NCARB Certification and licensure as an Architect is required.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.42857; box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box;\">What You&#39;ll Need to Be Successful</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.42857; list-style-position: inside;\"><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Able to work closely with others</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Strong communication skills</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Able to build relationships and communicate at every level of a project</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Able to work independently with minimal instruction</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Client facing experience</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills required</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Prior experience with SketchUp, Google Earth, Form-It Pro, Enscape, BlueBeam, SpecBuilder Cloud, and CTM BIM Suite will be helpful but is not required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.42857; box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: 700; box-sizing: border-box;\">What You&#39;ll Do as a Project Architect:</strong></p><ul style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.42857; list-style-position: inside;\"><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Programming and planning</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Concept Design</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Manage and Lead A/E Design teams</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Interact with Clients and build relationships</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Develop and present design solutions</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Conduct code analysis and research</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Conduct materials and product analysis and research</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Specification writing</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Prepare and manage construction documents</li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Build the Commercial practice in the Northeast, including winning new work</li></ul><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 1.42857; box-sizing: border-box;\">All other duties as assigned.
