We are looking for a Network Data Solutions Delivery Engineer to lead mobile network product delivery projects, with a focus on next-generation optimization techniques using our Network Automation Solutions. The role serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the engagement. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>This is an in-office position based in<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Reading/Newbury</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">   Job Description:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with customer mobile network teams on network performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.</li>\n<li>Provide onsite and remote support to the customer, and channel field feedback to the product, integration, and support teams.</li>\n<li>Build custom dashboards and automated reports covering key network and business KPIs across multiple use cases. </li>\n<li>Participate in technical meetings, monitor product performance, and track customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Prepare and issue technical guidelines and the findings of technical studies. </li>\n<li>Prepare and issue both engineering-level and executive-level reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Required Qualifications:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of telecom domain KPIs and parameters across Radio, Core, and Transmission.</li>\n<li>Previous experience at Vodafone UK or Three UK within Service Assurance or Quality Reporting functions is a plus.</li>\n<li>Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries, plus hands-on experience with ETL platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience administering or as a power user of umbrella performance management or service assurance products (e.g., Optima/Helix, PrOptima, PRS, Eniq) is a plus.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.</li>\n<li>Experience with OEM vendor EMS/OSS systems, including managed objects, parameters, and measurements, is a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.</li>\n<li>UK residency and the right to work in the UK.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
