    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summer Media &amp; Program Staff – Job Description</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>The Summer Media &amp; Program Staff member serves in a dual-role that is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">50% media</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">50% program support</span>. Each day is split between capturing and producing high-quality media content and actively helping run the daily program of Round Lake Christian Camp. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and a heart for ministry, helping our campers encounter Jesus while also sharing the story of what God is doing at camp.</p>\n<p>This role reports to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Manager</span> and works closely with the Program Directors, Leadership Staff, and Management Team.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Media Responsibilities (50%)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture daily photos and video of camp life, activities, chapel, and special events</li>\n<li>Edit and prepare content for daily slideshows, social media, and recap videos</li>\n<li>Maintain organized media files, backups, and archives</li>\n<li>Create short-form promotional content throughout the summer</li>\n<li>Capture camper testimonies with sensitivity and discretion<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Responsibilities (50%)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with daily activities, recreation, and theme elements</li>\n<li>Set up and tear down program areas, games, and events<br></li>\n<li>Assist with check-in, check out and cleaning</li>\n<li>Be a flexible team member willing to jump into any program need</li>\n<li>Maintain a positive, encouraging presence with campers and volunteers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follower of Jesus with a desire to serve in a ministry environment</li>\n<li>Experience in photography and/or videography</li>\n<li>Familiarity with editing platforms </li>\n<li>Comfortable working long, active outdoor days</li>\n<li>Reliable, organized, and able to manage daily deadlines</li>\n<li>Team-oriented and willing to switch roles midday</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li>\n<li>Social media content creation experience</li>\n<li>Prior camp experience<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Commitment</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time summer role</li>\n<li>Late May through early August</li>\n<li>Must attend staff training week</li>\n<li>Workdays typically include both morning and afternoon roles (media/program split)</li>\n<li>Includes some evenings </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outdoor camp environment, variable weather</li>\n<li>Frequent walking and carrying equipment</li>\n<li>Requires flexibility, problem-solving, and quick transitions between tasks</li>\n<li>Shared workspace and team-based ministry environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Housing and meals provided during all program days</li>\n<li>Access to staff community, activities, and spiritual development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><br></span></p>",
