This individual will lead project management, client relations, and oversee the design and engineering services throughout all phases of <strong>bridge projects</strong>, working under the supervision of the Department Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality bridge design solutions for <strong>state, county, and federal projects</strong>.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Plan, develop, and manage bridge engineering projects</strong> for clients, including <strong>DOT, county, and other transportation agencies</strong>.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Support bridge design efforts</strong>, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with regulations and standards, such as <strong>AASHTO, NJDOT, and PennDOT</strong> design manuals.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams</strong> to prepare
