From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Purpose:</strong> Client Management Associates are responsible for responding to client inquiries in an accurate and timely manner through phones, chats or emails. Associates accurately apply procedural knowledge and guidelines to client calls, chats & emails while developing and managing client relationships.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer experience</li>\n   <li>Handle incoming trading inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chat</li>\n   <li>Trade research/Quotes</li>\n   <li>Provide client support by answering inbound phone calls and/or e-mail regarding accounts, policies, services and available products</li>\n   <li>Place Spot FX, CFD’s and Commodity trades, provide quotes and facilitate discussions regarding equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets and economic conditions</li>\n   <li>Engage client in meaningful dialogue and identify unstated needs or financial goals that may be achieved by further utilizing company services, products or tools</li>\n   <li>Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solutions-focused results</li>\n   <li>Facilitate inbound/outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers</li>\n   <li>Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, available programs/services</li>\n   <li>Excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening and communication skills</li>\n   <li>Demonstrate a positive and professional image at all times</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Fluency in Mandarin required</strong> </li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must be able to work in office 4 days a week in office (1 day remote optional)</strong></li>\n <li>Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness</li>\n <li>Ability to determine minimum maintenance requirements for all currency pairs, CFD’s, metals and commodities</li>\n <li>The ability to calculate the liquidation values of the products we offer</li>\n <li>BS/BA Degree preferably in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience</li>\n <li>Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality</li>\n <li>Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Approachable, flexible, dependable, and conscientiousness</li>\n <li>Strong command of computer and typing skills. Representatives will typically navigate through 4-5 software systems simultaneously</li>\n <li>Keen interest in the investment and financial services fields</li>\n <li>Demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in difficult situation</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This hybrid role in Warren, New Jersey offers compensation typical for entry-level positions in the region.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hiring Salary Range $40,000 - $43,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#LI-AR1</strong></p>",
