Your strong creative vision and collaborative spirit make you a valuable asset to any team, and you’re ready to contribute meaningfully to a growing company that values innovation and excellence.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Schedules, prioritizes, and tracks internal technical assignments and project details</span></li>\n<li><span>Organizes dailies, rounds, and project meetings; organize and setup rooms/media</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensures Shotgun (project management software) statuses and task assignments and project scope is maintained daily</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinates and package shot deliveries including submission documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensures team members are clear on daily deliverables; calendar management, records all notes from clients, dailies, and rounds</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicates team updates; understands priorities</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinates and monitor multiple projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Documentation and report preparation; tasks tracked and managed</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicates any schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders; escalates to Supervisors/Producers</span></li>\n<li><span>Follows up on approved and completed work; ensure delivery on time and to specification</span></li>\n<li><span>Establishes quality control and project closures processes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of experience in the VFX or film production industry</span></li>\n<li><span>Intermediate-Expert with Shotgrid/Flow; setting up, updating and maintaining projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Google Suite</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated project management experience in VFX with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-changing environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to effectively liaise and collaborate with clients, artists, and producers</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated aptitude for technical workflow challenges: directory structure, file formats, naming conventions, scripts, automation tools, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>A creative ability to interpret supervisor and client notes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated aptitude for technical workflow challenges: directory structure, file formats, naming conventions, scripts, automation tools, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>A thorough understanding of television/ episodic VFX production pipelines (and feature film a plus).</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge VFX Software  2D/3D packages is considered an asset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About This Role</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">remote</span> based role. </span></p>\n<p><span> Note: At this time we are only accepting applications from those artists legally eligible to work in the U.S. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span>The posted pay range is aligned with what we believe is fair pay at the time of posting this role. An applicant’s relevant education, experience, skills and qualifications, location and currency may all be considered when deciding pay position within the range. Pay ranges may change.
