To learn more about City National Bank of Florida visit About Us!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a results-driven Small Business Banker to build lasting relationships with businesses generating up to $5 million in annual revenue. In this role, you’ll provide strategic financial solutions, deliver exceptional client service, and drive growth through deposits, loans, and treasury services. As a key member of the branch team, you'll also represent the bank in the community and collaborate with internal partners to meet client needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Grow and manage a portfolio of 250+ small business clients.</li>\n <li>Proactively acquire new relationships through prospecting, networking, and outreach.</li>\n <li>Deliver tailored financial advice by analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate deposit, lending, and treasury solutions.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with partners in Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Wealth Management to offer holistic banking services.</li>\n <li>Support branch operations including account opening, teller transactions, and loan support as needed.</li>\n <li>Serve as a community ambassador and leader for the bank’s small business efforts.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and procedural standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistently meet or exceed sales and referral goals for deposits, loans, and services.</li>\n <li>Perform financial reviews and loan pre-screens; complete cash flow analyses.</li>\n <li>Make independent overdraft pay/return decisions within assigned limits.</li>\n <li>Support the loan application and closing process; collect and review required documentation.</li>\n <li>Maintain operational integrity through proper balancing, ticketing, and risk protocols.</li>\n <li>Adhere to compliance and regulatory training, including S.A.F.E. Act requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> What You Bring</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2–7 years of recent experience as a Small Business Banker or similar role.</li>\n <li>Solid credit background with proven ability to structure loans and analyze credit.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in acquiring and growing small business relationships.</li>\n <li>Ability to complete independent pre-screens and cash flow analysis.</li>\n <li>Collaborative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and relationship management skills.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors degree in Business or Finance preferred.</li>\n <li>An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li>\n <li><p>SBA lending experience a plus.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Instructions to Candidates</h2>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p>City National Bank of Florida is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
