Mustang Transportation, a leading provider of transportation services, is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Part-Time Charter Bus Drivers starting right away.  </p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span><br>As a Part-Time Charter Bus Driver at Mustang Transportation, you will play a vital role in safely transporting passengers to and from their events. Your commitment to providing exceptional service, combined with your strong communication skills and affinity for working with people, will make a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part-Time Position:</span><span> </span>Typically evenings and overnight trips with local sports teams and other parties.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span><span> </span><span>Pay is per trip and determined by the duration of the trip. Single day trips can range anywhere from $100-$200 per trip. Most of the time the trips go from late afternoon to mid evening. If it is a longer overnight trip we pay $250 per day </span><span>with a per diem as well. We also do bonuses!</span><span><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate a charter bus following designated routes and schedules.</li>\n<li>Ensure the well-being and safety of passengers during transportation</li>\n<li>Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with all passengers and group leadership</li>\n<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in optimal condition.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have or be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper endorsements (training provided).</li>\n<li>Excellent driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to safety and ability to prioritize the well-being of passengers.</li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with passengers and administration.</li>\n<li>Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.</li>\n<li>Must be available for charter trips that can be several days at a time.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Top pay in the industry: We value your hard work and offer competitive compensation for your commitment and dedication.</li>\n<li>Fulfilling work environment: Join a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services.</li>\n<li>Training and support: We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.</li>\n<li>Opportunity for growth: As part of our team, you will have opportunities to expand your skills and advance within our organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>If you are ready to make a difference and become a valued member of our team, we encourage you to apply.
