As a WAY HOME Coach, staff works to recruit, engage, and support the young people of WAY in progressing towards their education, employment, savings goals, and permanency. The Coach will conduct 2 or more face to face visits weekly with their youth in residential and the community. Also, the coach will assist in facilitating workshops monthly where the youth participating in the program will strengthen their independent living skills.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of city-wide community resources is required.
