By connecting motivated people with life-changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need.</p><p>Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment.</p><p><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></p><p>Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.</p><p>Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.</p><p>Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.</p><p>Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.</p><p>Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.</p><p><strong><u>Who you are:</u></strong></p><p>Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.</p><p>Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.</p><p>Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.</p><p>Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).</p><p>Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.</p><p><strong><u>What we offer:</u></strong></p><p>Opportunity to make a measurable impact on local healthcare by enabling the next generation of nurses and allied health professionals.</p><p>Collaborative campus environment and ongoing training in consultative enrollment techniques.</p><p>Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities within Unitek College.</p><p>A career path into campus leadership roles.</p><p><strong>We have multiple openings available and we’re interviewing now!</strong></p><p><strong><u>How to apply: </u></strong></p><p>Not all sales roles change lives – this one does!
