A strong background in super, insurance and financial systems will be highly advantageous.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"><br></p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"><b>Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities</b></p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\">Strategic Focus&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure testing activities are effectively communicated and stakeholders remain well informed.</li>\n <li>Review business requirements, technical specifications, end-to-end business processes, and solution design documents to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and incorporate these into test planning and test artefacts.</li>\n <li>Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing function.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\">Operational Management&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Undertake test design , test execution, test planning, scope the testing required, estimate effort and duration, and determine resource and environment requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all testing activities for assigned projects are successfully delivered according to agreed project plans / schedules and meet defined success criteria.</li>\n <li>Review the Test Strategy document and support the Test Lead / Test Manager in implementation, including scope, coverage, resources, environments, scheduling, data, and defect management.</li>\n <li>Map requirements to test cases in ADO, including associated test steps and test data, ensuring systems conform to design and standards.</li>\n <li>Review test cases produced by Test Analysts to ensure correct standards and adequate test coverage.</li>\n <li>Coordinate test execution with Business SMEs, support UAT / business process testing and end-to-end testing, and assist in planning and coordination.</li>\n <li>Raise defects and track them to closure within defined timelines to minimise delivery impact.</li>\n <li>Play a key role in analysing and reporting test results, working closely with business, technology and support teams to investigate findings.</li>\n <li>Assist with management and coordination of testing activities and test data within assigned environments.</li>\n <li>Follow defined test processes and procedures as per the Testing practice framework.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\">People Leadership&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mentor and develop less experienced testing resources assigned to the project.</li>\n <li>Support collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams including business SMEs and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\">Governance &amp; Personal Attributes</b></p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:3pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:3pt;margin-left:0cm\"></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 7-10 years of experience in a test role including UAT and SIT with a preferred experience of 4 years in managing testing deliverables across test phases.</li>\n <li>Experience working in complex financial services environments covering new report project outcomes, business process changes, workflow and messaging testing</li>\n <li>Experience in working in a captive model will be highly advantageous</li>\n <li>Testing experience across various test phases including Functional testing, Systems and Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing.</li>\n <li>An innovative and driven professional who is able to contribute to a continuous improvement process.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates leadership and team engendering qualities, including the willingness to take on additional responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical skills in order to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and provide constructive input into the project</li>\n <li>A forward thinker who can think Shift Left and has the ability to Analyze, Translate and prioritize business requirement into a strategic testing requirement within the defined framework.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience in API / Web services / Microservice testing is highly desirable, along with knowledge of Swagger tool and its usage for webservice testing.</li>\n <li>Experience in JavaScript, REACT framework is desirable</li>\n <li>Experience in automation Tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI or others are highly desirable</li>\n <li>Experience in Superannuation/Insurance/BFSI/Wealth management highly desirable</li>\n <li>Working experience in PEGA, ERP, CRM or similar applications is preferable</li>\n <li>Certification in Domain/Testing/Delivery methodology like ISTQB, Agile, ASFA highly desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>",
