Establish scalable financial governance, reporting standards, and KPI frameworks. </p></li><li><p>Build scalable finance processes, tools, and systems supporting the transition from startup to industrial manufacturing organization. Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Business teams to support data-driven decisions.</p></li><li><p>Structure and execute asset financing solutions for equipment, tooling, and production assets. Lead structuring and negotiation of venture debt and development credit financing.       "value": "<ul><li><p>Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Investment, or similar. Experience in at least one startup, scale-up, or fast-growing dynamic environment is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in capital-intensive industries such as deep tech, aerospace, manufacturing, hardware, energy, or mobility.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Asset financing, Venture debt, Development / innovation credits, Project financing, Equity fundraising support</p></li><li><p>Strong financial modeling and scenario planning skills. Experience negotiating financing structures and term sheets. Understanding of manufacturing cost structures and CapEx planning.</p></li><li><p>Experience with public funding landscapes in Germany or the EU is a plus. Experience in regulated or certification-driven industries is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate strategically and execute operationally.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German or another European language is a plus.</p></li></ul>"
