We are a family-owned and operated business and take pride in treating our employees as family. &nbsp;Customer service and a great work environment are paramount at our dealerships.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>: &nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Efficiently diagnose and repair truck/trailer systems, such as electrical, air systems, and brake systems.</li><li>Diesel system maintenance &ndash; including fuel system cleaning and maintenance.</li><li>Welding and Fabrication knowledge to repair sections of trailers.</li><li>Drive excellence in customer service through proactive communication and meeting commitments.</li><li>Drive to meet and exceed productivity, cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.</li><li>Follow established technical and administrative processes as directed.</li><li>Adhere to all technician policies and procedures while completing tasks and efficiently closing repair orders.</li><li>Participate in OEM and other training programs as deemed appropriate.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years truck/trailer mechanical repair experience.</li><li>Possess standard mechanic&rsquo;s tools &ndash; as required to perform assigned duties.</li><li>Technical knowledge of major vehicle systems and diesel equipment.</li><li>Must be computer proficient.</li><li>Strong organizational ability, focus on the needs of the customer.</li><li>Can-do attitude with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.</li><li>Safety conscious attitude and work practices.</li><li>Desire to learn and continuously improve self and surroundings.</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to maintain clean drug screens.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive hourly rate; DOE</li><li>Opportunity for growth and development</li><li>M-F schedule (some OT); paid holidays</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Group Health, Dental, Vision</li><li>401k Retirement Planning w/ company match</li></ul><p>Peak Industrial Company is made up of four different businesses that span across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Montana.
