If you’re a rock star and this sounds interesting and challenging, we want to hear from you. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 600\">The </span><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">o</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 600\">pportunity: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">The Uphold Customer Due Diligence Analyst is responsible for assisting the Compliance Due Diligence lead in executing the day-to-day functions of the team including, but not limited to, the creation and execution of Standard Operating Procedures for newly implemented Compliance functions and serving as an escalation point for Uphold’s various front line Compliance teams. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 600\">What you’ll be doing primarily:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Create and enhance various KYC processes (KYC includes: Customer Identification Program (CIP), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Periodic Reviews)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Primary point of contact for all departments regarding customer due diligence processes. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and oversee the work of the Consumer Compliance team to ensure the internal compliance standards are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Assist in reviewing and recommending improvements for internal processes, including forms/checklists, data collection methods, analyses and reporting. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Develop training for internal and/or external team members and assist in training initiatives. Manage tracking of all applicable training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Assist in updating Compliance Program documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Update and review customer profiles using internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Respond to, resolve, and/or manage escalations for various customer requests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Assist in validation, tuning and optimization of various processes and tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Execute various compliance transactions related to customer refunds/returns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">Assist the Compliance Department with ad-hoc projects and reviews as needed</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 600\">Required qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(76, 92, 110); font-size: 10pt\">1-3 years of relevant experience.
