    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Quality Engineer is responsible for understanding quality performance and customer feedback to drive quality improvement in the manufacturing process.  This person will act as a leader on key quality initiatives and will serve as a primary resource to drive continuous improvement into quality systems.</p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide quality leadership utilizing quality systems, data analysis, project prioritization and project management</li>\n <li>Gather external and internal customer feedback and driving quality improvement throughout operations</li>\n <li>Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce instances of field service calls</li>\n <li>Support Quality driven manufacturing initiatives by leading or participating in improvement initiatives</li>\n <li>Facilitate document control, product and process qualification, and audit processes</li>\n <li>Observe continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures</li>\n <li>Provide support to Quality team members to improve process for quality assurance of incoming materials and data exchange with external supply chain partners</li>\n <li>Promote the Quality Management System and ensure processes are in alignment with QMS</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or 4- year technical degree</li>\n <li>4-6 years of related experience in manufacturing setting, preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
