    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h3 data-start=\"39\" data-end=\"63\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong data-start=\"43\" data-end=\"63\">Position Summary</strong></h3><p data-start=\"64\" data-end=\"479\">The Systems Engineer will review technical problems, provide solutions for software, hardware and systems, and troubleshoot operating anomalies using data review methodologies and/or automated evaluation programs. The Systems Engineer also analyzes data and solves problems, communicates with peers, subordinates and senior management, and identifies objects, actions and events affecting organizational operations.</p><p data-start=\"481\" data-end=\"1128\">The Systems Engineer shall possess experience in connection with Navy fixed and/or rotary wing aircraft, unmanned air vehicles, and related systems of systems. The candidate must be an experienced systems engineering professional that is highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with other engineers and scientists to solve complex technical problems and act as strategic adviser regarding all elements of the project. The candidate must be a team-oriented self-starter with the ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and produce quality products in a timely manner.</p><hr data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1133\"><h3 data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1179\"><strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1179\">Specific Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"3039\"><li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1269\"><p data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1269\">Administer and lead technical interchange meetings, working groups and design reviews</p></li><li data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1416\"><p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1416\">Monitor contractor and vendor performance relative to program milestones and assess timeliness of deliverables and conformance to requirements</p></li><li data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1636\"><p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1636\">Provide support for planning and conducting System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Test and Evaluation support including flight test planning, scheduling, flight clearances, and system/subsystem certification</p></li><li data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1933\"><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1933\">Resolve issues, tasks and action items;
