We are seeking a Manager, Operations & Infrastructure to lead facility services and capital infrastructure programs that support critical business objectives. This onsite role is based in the Denver, CO area but will oversee operations across multiple U.S. locations, driving reliability, project delivery, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to senior leadership, this position requires experience in facility portfolio management, facility services, capital infrastructure development and execution, project and construction management, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, and people development skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, manage competing priorities, and drive process improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Translate business and customer requirements into operational plans, infrastructure strategies, and scalable processes that support organizational growth and long-term objectives. Lead facilities operations programs, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and execution activities. Manage facility services, infrastructure reliability, maintenance operations, workplace services, and space utilization to ensure safe, efficient, and effective business operations. Develop and implement standardized operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery, and resource utilization. Conduct operational and financial reviews of budgets, cost structures, schedules, and service delivery performance to identify risks, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities. Serve as a primary liaison between business leaders, program management, project teams, and support organizations on operational, facilities, and infrastructure matters of strategic importance. Manage development and coordination of operating procedures that are aligned with the strategic business and administrative objectives of the organization. Conduct operational reviews of cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets. Manage the development of mechanisms for monitoring progress and for problem solving with program managers, project teams, and administrative services departments while developing solutions to meet budget, schedule, quality objectives, and company policies and procedures. Direct the recruitment, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required management and professional talent needed to meet business objectives and organizational requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices. Other duties as assigned or required. We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.
