Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <b>Senior Workplace Technology Modernization Lead</b> to join our technology team. This role is in Lake Mary, LM or Pittsburgh, PA.</p>\n<p><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead firm-wide modernization of desktop platforms across the end user environment, including Windows, Mac, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365 SaaS services.</li>\n <li>Execute large-scale transformation programs and drive evergreen OS and software lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and end-of-life remediation.</li>\n <li>Own enterprise rollout, scaling, and governance of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office apps.</li>\n <li>Drive integration of AI platforms into end user workflows, including automation, agent-based workflows, and productivity enhancements.</li>\n <li>Lead large-scale deployment programs, service delivery, incident management, and escalation handling across workplace platforms.</li>\n <li>Define and enforce governance for end user computing and AI usage, partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams on approvals, policies, and controls.</li>\n <li>Drive enterprise adoption of workplace technologies through training, campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.</li>\n <li>Define and execute a multi-year workplace technology modernization roadmap aligned to measurable outcomes, including productivity, adoption, cost optimization, and platform reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus</li>\n <li>Deep expertise in End User Computing across Windows and Mac environments.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 SaaS ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Office apps.</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformations across large user and device populations.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and rollout strategies.</li>\n <li>Understanding of AI governance, risk, and enterprise enablement.</li>\n <li>Experience with endpoint management, deployment, OS lifecycle management, patching strategies, and application delivery.</li>\n <li>Strong incident management and operational leadership experience.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across technology, legal, and business teams, with strong executive communication and program governance skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</b></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn&nbsp;</a></p>\n<p><b>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</b></p>\n<p>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</p>\n<p>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</p>\n<p>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p><b>Our Benefits and Rewards:</b></p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
